Refund Policy for Non-Activated Projects

If you have made a deposit purchase for a project that has not yet been activated, and communicate in writing your wish to cancel the project within 5 business days of the purchase date, RT Graphix will refund the total amount paid.

If you have made a deposit purchase for a project that has not yet been activated, and communicate in writing your wish to cancel the project after 5 business days of the purchase date, RT Graphix offers the following options:

• Cancel the project and apply 100% of the purchased value to a new project(s)
• Cancel the project and receive a 50% discount of the amount paid with the remainder forfeit
